1. Statutory Audit Services

Statutory audit services are provided by our firm in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) whilst taking into account legislative requirements and latest pronouncements on accounting issues including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Our audit methodology is in line with auditing guidelines which are published and audit working papers are compiled using these guidelines.

Our quality control procedures are in line with the requirements of the Financial Reporting Council (FRC).

2. Internal Audit

Internal Audit assignments are performed in our firm by professionals with an in-depth understanding of business systems and processes. It is an activity which provides assurance that internal controls in place are adequate to mitigate the risks and help the organisation to meet its objectives.

Our approach is essentially systematic and practical and we advise companies on ways to enhance their risk management and internal control systems.

3. Contractual and Private Audits

We also perform contractual and private audits which include Income Tax and VAT audits and personal wealth audits.

4. Tax Services

Our firm runs a Tax Department which provides tax planning services, compliance services including end of year formalities for Income Tax and VAT, as well as full investigation services.

5. Advisory Services

We provide a wide variety of advisory services to clients including feasibility studies, consultancy, business planning, takeovers and mergers, management buy-out, corporate finance, business re-engineering and forensic accounting. Through our legal department headed our legal consultant, we also assist our clients in various legal issues such as receivership and liquidation.
